About Boogie Campbell's Music Festival
The Prune Festival
Boogie has evolved in its 46 years. It began in the late 1970s as the Prune Festival, an event that celebrated Campbell's roots as a major fruit producing, canning, and shipping center. During the early 2000's, the Prune Festival morphed into the Cajun-inspired Boogie on the Bayou, which has since become the musically-focused Boogie Festival.
Boogie Today
This two-day award-winning event takes place in Historic Downtown Campbell, attracting people from all over the Bay Area to enjoy delicious food, beer and wine, over 150 fine artisan and Business Booths, and an impressive line-up of live music and entertainment. For the first time, Boogie will also have a dedicated DJ stage, with local DJs bringing their unique beats to Downtown. On Sunday on the Community Stage, there will be a Battle of the Bands.
