East Campbell Avenue and the side streets through Downtown are shut down beginning at 10pm on the Friday before the festival. Please be sure you move your car from any downtown street parking area prior to 10pm, or it will be towed.
There are numerous free parking garages in Downtown including the garage behind Aqui Cal Mex, which can be accessed from Civic Center Drive. There is another garage at First Street and Rincon by the Water Tower.
For more parking information, click here.
Yes! Public transportation is a great way to get to and from the festival. The Downtown Campbell Light Rail station is located at East Campbell Avenue and Railroad Avenue, near Blue Line Pizza.
For schedule details, click here.
We provide a free bike (scooter, or lawn chair) valet in the parking lot behind Sorelle Salon at First Street and Civic Center. When you check in your bike, you will be given a ticket that identifies you as the owner, which must be turned in to claim your bike or scooter. The bike valet is staffed by ROTC. The bike valet closes 30 minutes after the festival closes, so 6:30pm on Saturday and 5:30pm on Sunday.
If you leave your bike, scooter, lawn chair, etc. left after the bike valet closes, please contact the Campbell Chamber at 408-378-6252 during normal business hours.
We know you love your furry family members, and we do, too. However, for the safety, comfort, and courtesy of your pets and festival-goers, please leave your pets at home. Large crowds, warm weather, food preparation and consumption make it a very stressful and dangerous environment for pets. Of course, service animals are welcome.
No. The Farmer’s Market is not held in Downtown Campbell on any Sundays when festivals occur. The Market will resume the following Sunday.
Yes, the First Aid Booth is located on the side of Starbucks on First Street and East Campbell Avenue. It is staffed by trained members of Campbell CERT.
Tickets are required to purchase beer and wine. Tickets are NOT needed to purchase food, non-alcoholic beverages, or other items available at the Festival.
Drink tickets can be purchased in advance from the Boogie website and picked up at Will Call, or they can be purchased the day of the Festival at any of our four Ticket booths spread throughout the Festival grounds.
Anyone purchasing or picking up tickets MUST be at least 21 years old. Everyone consuming alcohol is required to have a wristband that indicates they are of legal drinking age. You will be wristbanded prior to purchasing tickets or picking up your tickets at Will Call. You will be required to show ID if you look under 30 years of age.
Please note: drink tickets and festival glassware are non-refundable. Tickets are valid both days of the festival.
Tickets sales stop on Saturday at 5pm and last call for alcohol is 5:30pm. On Sunday, tickets sales cease at 4pm and last call is 4:30pm. We encourage you to get in line in advance of the cut-off times to ensure you can either purchase tickets or get wine and beer prior to last call.
If you are pre-purchasing drink tickets or a ticket/glassware package, you can pay by credit card online. Once you are at the Festival, ticket booths will accept all major credit cards, ApplePay and cash. ATM’s are located at each of the four ticket booths.
To obtain beer and wine, you must have purchased drink tickets either online or at a Festival Ticket Booth. You must also have a wristband indicating you are of legal drinking age.
Beer and wine are served at designated booths throughout the Festival.
Each ticket is worth one 6-ounce glass of wine or one 14-ounce glass of beer. Beer and wine will only be served at the four marked booths located throughout the Festival. Beverages are only served in plastic glasses and there is no sampling.
A maximum of two drink tickets can be used per person of legal drinking age at a time. No one who is underage or appears intoxicated will be served. You must be wristbanded prior to cashing in drink tickets for alcohol.
You do not need to buy Festival glassware to obtain your beer or wine.
As long as you are wearing a wristband and are drinking from a cup received at the Festival, you are welcome to walk around Downtown Campbell. You cannot leave the Downtown area with alcohol. Also, you cannot take alcohol into the local restaurants, or bring alcohol from the restaurants into the Festival.
There are Will Call lines at each Ticket Booth. If you have pre-purchased drink tickets and/or festival glassware, you can go to the Will Call line at any Ticket Booth to pick up your items. Please be sure to have photo ID and a copy of your order with you to pick up your order. Only people of legal drinking age can purchase and pick up drink tickets. Everyone consuming alcohol will be IDed and wristbanded at Will Call, which indicates you are legally of age.

Volunteers are a crucial component of every Festival's success. We need people to help in ticket booths, beer and wine booths, as stage managers, to help set up before and tear down after the event, and more. We welcome individuals and groups as volunteers. To learn more about volunteering or to sign up, click here.
We love showing our appreciation to our volunteers! Anyone who volunteers for and works a complete shift will typically receive a meal, t-shirt and complimentary beverage.* You will also be invited to our Volunteer Appreciation BBQ held in November.
*Note: the items volunteers receive can and may vary by festival. We update our volunteer page prior to every festival with the latest list of appreciation items.
It sure is! The Campbell Chamber of Commerce puts on the Festival, and all social media information and promotion are on the Chamber's Facebook and Instagram pages. You can also find us using @CampbellChamber
We encourage you to like or follow the Chamber so you'll see everything we post about upcoming Festivals.
If you post pictures you've taken while you were at the Festival, be sure to use the hashtags: #campbellchamber and #campbelloktoberfest
Many performers, vendors, and volunteer groups also post about the festival on their social platforms.
We encourage you to check the Information Booth located at First Street and E. Campbell Avenue if you've lost something during the event.
After the festival is over, please get in touch with the Chamber office at 408-378-6252 as many items are turned into us or are discovered during festival clean up.
We also encourage you to contact the Campbell Police as people may turn in wallets, car keys, etc. to one of the officers patrolling the event.
Feel free to give us a call here at the Campbell Chamber at 408-378-625 or drop an email to info@campbellchamber.net
